Return Policy

You may only return unused and unworn garments within 7 days of the orginal delivery. We will pay return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and may be charged a 10% restocking fee. We will credit you as the same manner of your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). RMAs can be requested by calling 973-707-2592 or emailing info@oska-montclair.com.

The following items may not be returned:
Sale or clearance purchases, worn or used garments, purchases exceeding the 7 day return period, damaged items not a result of OSKA, purchases from other retailers (including other OSKA stores).
